Photographing families in their space is one of my favorite things. Children are definitely more comfortable in a familiar place but more importantly, in my opinion, what a beautiful way to document life as it is hanging out where you spend most of your time.
Recently I had a blast photographing Jackson and Jude in their favorite place to play…their huge yard! These boys live out on many acres of ‘yard’, a little boy’s dream place to live– and maybe a mama’s too. I know there has been many a mama that has pointed her little boy to the door and said ‘Go play!’. My guess is that it is only a matter of a couple of years before Michelle will be pointing her two boys to the great outdoors to get them out from her feet. :-)
